NewRiver REIT Celebrated as Top Employer in Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2024 For Second Consecutive Year
NewRiver REIT, a leading owner, manager and developer of essential retail assets in the UK, announces that it has been named one of the best places to work in the UK, according to the recently published Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024* list, for the second consecutive year.
NewRiver has been recognised in the ‘small organisation’ category (10-49 employees), achieving ‘Excellent’ in all criteria. 87% of NewRiver employees who participated said they felt empowered, while job satisfaction, happiness and wellbeing also scored highly at 86%, 84% and 83% respectively. The Company’s average engagement score of 84% was significantly higher than the SMe category average of 73%.
The gender split across the business is balanced at 50:50 male to female, and the survey results also recognised that NewRiver’s executive team meets the FTSE Women Leaders Review 2025 target of 40% female representation.
