It's National Apprentice Week. NewRiver believes in investing in its team; we know that the success of NewRiver comes from the people within it. 

Our apprenticeship programes are designed to offer a perfect blend on on-the-job experience and structured academic learning - ensuring that every apprentice can immediately apply their newly acquired skills to real world challenges.

We are proud to support our apprentices every step of the way - from providing clear career pathways and regular one-on-one guidance to fostering a close-knit team environment where learning and growth go hand in hand.

Whether it's Nathan's journey into accounting where he leveraged practical experience to build confidence for his ACCA qualification, Anya's drive to see the tangible impact of her work or Megan's transition fro a business administration role to specialising in real estate and earning her associates RICS qualification culminating as an Asset Manager role - each story is a testament to the effectivenes of our supportive approach.
